Patti Johnson – Founder
Patti is a senior executive with global leadership experience across all human capital areas. She works with clients on addressing organizational and leadership challenges, in addition to serving as an Executive Coach. Prior to founding PeopleResults, she held a number of senior positions at Accenture, including Chief People Officer - Accenture HR Services and Global Leader of People Strategy & Career Development.
Joe Baker
Joe is an experienced leadership consultant and executive coach who helps clients address the people challenges that get in the way of their business success. He focuses on helping leaders be more effective and inspiring, and he helps management teams align on where they’re going and how they’ll get there. He also helps organizations increase employees’ engagement and performance – especially through times of change. Joe has over 20 years of corporate experience – including national and global roles with Accenture in consulting, corporate finance, and strategic human resources – and he leverages extensive training and credentials in counseling and coaching.
Fran Bonner
Fran is a former VP of HR and has extensive operational and program management experience. She spent much of her career as a leader in HR at Accenture and had both U.S. and global responsibilities. Fran has provided consultation on People strategy, change management planning, communications design and development, performance management and succession planning.
Sheri Browning
Sheri has over 15 years of consulting experience and has been a leader in organizations, such as Bank of America and Accenture.She has led the design and implementation of change and communication programs across multiple industries for both U.S. and global audiences. Sheri also has extensive experience in a wide array of human capital solutions.
Sylvia Burford
Sylvia has over twenty years of experience designing and implementing critical business improvements and creating environments where people can work effectively. Prior to PeopleResults, she was a leader at Accenture and also worked for the British government. Her talent, skills, and experiences are focused in: designing integrated systems of people and resources to meet the strategy of an organization; organization design; leadership development; employee performance enhancement; customized coaching and training experiences; formal facilitation and group decision making; lean processing and change management aligned with Six Sigma initiatives. She has experience working with both the executive suite and the shop floor.
Thomas Clinton
Thomas Clinton is a shared services consultant and former head of Human Resources. His projects have covered implementation planning, services model design, location consolidation, baseline & performance measurement, customer satisfaction measurement, and work sourcing. His clients have included major corporations within the energy, software, construction, utilities, media, consumer products, and materials/mining sectors. He advises clients on implementing a segmented, shared services model to increase efficiency and lead to globalized services across the HR function
Martha Duesterhoft
Martha is an experienced consultant and has fulfilled numerous leadership roles in consulting, operational, and strategic human resource positions. She is a certified Executive Coach in addition to her consulting experience across multiple industries. She holds her Executive Coaching certification from Texas Christian University and the Center for Creative Leadership She was previously an HR Director at Accenture.
Beth Herndon
Beth’s areas of human capital expertise include people strategy for merger and acquisition, talent management, succession planning, competency design, performance management, 360 feedback, employee engagement, diversity, and leadership development. Her recent clients include: RealNetworks, Rhapsody America, EarthLink, Porter, Kaedle, Moore, LLP, Radiotherapy Clinics of Georgia, Georgia Quick Start, and BNP Paribas. Beth worked with Accenture in Chicago for 12 years leading a “swat team” of niche consultants who facilitated change processes with clients seeking greater leadership and team effectiveness.
Agni Kitsios
With expertise in organizational effectiveness, change management and HR Consulting, Agni has collaborated with individuals, teams and organizations to facilitate change and achieve sustained performance improvement. She has held key, senior leadership positions in change management and organization development at Andersen Consulting where she spent over 14 years of her career.
Ellen O’Daniell
Ellen O’Daniell works with executives to align people with the strategic, financial and operational challenges of complex global organizations. In her 20 years of consulting she has worked with a number of global market leaders on large-scale change projects including strategy execution, performance improvement initiatives, M&A integration, leadership alignment and strategic rewards. Previously, Ellen was the Corporate Leader of Strategy Development and a Global Practice Leader at Watson Wyatt.
Sue Oliver
Sue’s expertise is in complex human resource initiatives, organizational transformations, crisis management, and labor. She helps companies navigate through a myriad of employee issues affecting business performance during business turnarounds and in tough business environments. Sue is a lawyer who puts her legal background and leadership skills to work on building and driving innovative solutions to complex business issues. Sue held key executive positions with retail and aviation industry leaders, including Senior Vice President, People and Labor, Wal-Mart Stores, US, and Senior Vice President, Human Resources, American Airlines. These positions were carried out during extraordinary times in American business:
Tammie Pinkston
Tammie Pinkston has over 20 years experience in the field of Human Performance. Her career covers academia as well as hands-on consulting project implementations with multiple Fortune 500 companies. Tammie previously spent 14 ½ years at Accenture, serving as a Partner in the Atlanta office. She has extensive experience leading change programs in complex business situations, including ERP/PeopleSoft implementations and post merger integration. In addition, her expertise includes multiple human capital areas including people strategy, design/development/execution of training, communications, organization design and executive sponsorship.
Marta Steele
Marta is a change and human resources consultant, having served in diverse internal and external consulting roles for over 16 years. Prior to People Results, Marta was affiliated with Accenture where she held leadership positions in a number of successful large-scale people initiatives. Marta has managed change leadership activities in complex technology projects, such as communications planning, job alignment and redesign, and career pathing. In addition, Marta is also a seasoned facilitator and trainer, creating and facilitating outcome oriented working sessions with clients who are experiencing significant business changes.
Lisa Thompson
Lisa uses her unique background in business management, counseling, executive coaching and career consulting to assist individuals and corporations in achieving their goals. Lisa is focused on management consulting, organizational and team assessments, executive coaching, and succession planning. Prior to her current role, she was the Senior Managing Director for Spherion’s Human Capital Consulting Group.
Shelli Walker
Shelli has over 20 years of experience as a consultant and leader in change and human capital consulting. Prior to joining PeopleResults, Shelli was part of the Change Management practice at Accenture where she fulfilled various leadership roles related to large change projects for mergers & acquisitions, new technology implementations and organizational growth. Her scope of responsibilities included project management and implementation in Change Management, Organization Design, Communications, Customer Relationship Management, People Strategies and Training Design/Development. She also has her coaching certification from TCU.
Katherine Weeks
Katherine is a senior managing consultant with over 12 years experience with Accenture and IBM leading enterprise-wide change programs for Fortune 100 companies. She has extensive experience helping clients with SAP (7 deployments/2 global template); process re-engineering, HR Outsourcing and CRM for North American and global audiences. Katherine excels at building executive leadership and organization readiness for pragmatic change programs that deliver business results.
Pat Willard, PhD
Pat Willard, PhD is a seasoned executive with over 20 years experience in leadership roles and consulting in the areas of strategic planning, human capital leadership, executive coaching, learning and development, organizational development and change management. She has worked with CEOs and leadership teams of Fortune 500 companies and non-profits to increase organizational and personal effectiveness, bringing academic expertise, with a PhD in Counseling Psychology from University of Missouri, as well as real time business experience. She is a former Senior Executive at Accenture and Mercer Consulting.
