A New Way of Working—Centralization:
This global organization was going through a major centralization and completely redefined how services were offered. We partnered with their senior business leadership to develop the Change Plan that laid out the roadmap for how to get there. We became an integrated part of their leadership team and took them through the impact analysis, readiness, and training & education requirements for this change. But, our biggest contribution was guiding them through a holistic, programmatic view of this change v. just looking at just the process or role changes. We also partnered with HR and other functional groups to ensure that there was alignment and integration across all workstreams.
