We partnered with this Fortune 100 client to look at new ways to engage and involve a global audience. In our joint team, we agreed to create a science fair and ask all countries to send in videos of what they learned recently that could be helpful to their global colleagues. We helped them create their own internal YouTube site to share these videos on an ongoing basis. We used creative media to get the attention of this busy organization and we had very strong participation. Not only did the videos share helpful information, but this organization valued seeing their colleagues in other countries and hearing firsthand about their work. This was seen as best practice and acknowledged internally & by external associations and groups as best practice. This has become an annual event for this organization.
