This professional services organization needed a new talent and workforce model for a new and rapidly growing global business. We developed a completely new model after defining the people requirements for making the business successful. The new design included performance, reward, career paths and structure, learning agenda and succession program for new talent that worked globally. We also developed a comprehensive implementation and communications program with a global implementation network to ensure global take-up. This architecture has been a model for other workforce models and was recognized by this organization for innovation in their annual recognition event.

This professional services organization faced many global challenges on redefining their reward strategy and program and they needed a new design very quickly to review with their top executives. We jumped in and functioned as an extension of their team and partnered with the Global SVP and Director or HR to help them architect a structure that would work across multiple countries. We focused on their business challenge and global complexity, but got them across the finish line in a very short timeframe.
