The talent in this growing business couldn’t keep pace. They knew that minor adjustments wouldn’t move them fast enough. We developed the roadmap for growing leaders faster and identifying the talent needed to fuel their growth. We worked together to identify their future business needs, reviewed their strategy, their current leadership model, organizational structure & operating approach and then developed a plan to make the necessary changes to realize their goals. We jointly identified some talent gaps they needed to add and some roles that were critical to their future success. We also identified leadership learning needs that would help them keep pace with the growth. This roadmap was presented to their Board of Directors and was approved and successfully implemented.
