Talent for Tomorrow—Capability/Competency Program Tied to Strategy
This client wanted to define the capabilities needed for this changing organization. We advised them that documentation of their current capabilities wasn’t the way to reach their business goals in this constantly changing organization. We partnered with their leaders to create a blended working team to define the capabilities needed to realize their vision and then used interviews, focus groups and analysis to create the competencies needed for the future. We also designed the launch across North America and worked with their senior leaders to prepare them for the introduction of new competencies, but as part of the strategy to reshape the business.
