Sheri Browning

Sheri Browning is an Executive Consultant with PeopleResults. Sheri is a creative, results-oriented Change Leader with a proven record of delivering value-added programs and projects aligned with a company’s strategic, operational and profit objectives. She has over 17 years of experience helping leaders transform their organizations by developing the right people strategies, change leadership, organizational communications and talent management solutions to create value for her clients.

Sheri has provided consultation on change management planning & execution, HR Strategy, process design, communications design and development, comprehensive talent management design and implementation, competency design, performance management and project management.  She served as a Change Leader for McKesson Pharmaceuticals, responsible for developing and implementing a new sales model which achieved 130% of sales goals and a 28% growth in customer compliance goals within the first six months of establishment. For ConocoPhillips, she led a global change initiative for the CIO to implement a shared services model and led the change program for subsequent global organizational restructuring. At Accenture, Sheri led efforts for outsourcing and business transformations that required a comprehensive change and communications plan, and was instrumental in leading the outsourcing transition of services and employees., Sheri  also served as a VP for Organizational Development at Bank of America, leading several reorganization efforts driven by business realignments; designing new organizational structures, and implementing comprehensive communications infrastructure for a 750+ employee organization.

Sheri is an experienced change leader who has worked with leadership teams in multiple industries.  She has led change efforts for strategic projects and has extensive experience in developing change strategies and organizational development strategies for key business initiatives. She is effective at identifying the key levers to manage change initiatives which enable executives to realize intended benefits.  She has also led multiple implementation initiatives in a program/project leadership role, as a program manager, change executive, leader of communications & educations deployment, and training leader. She frequently coaches executives on how to manage change initiatives effectively.  
Sheri’s clients have included: ConocoPhillips, McKesson Pharmaceuticals, Bank of America, 7-11 Inc., Hewitt Associates, Inc, Accenture, Best Buy, Pacific Gas & Electric and American President Lines.
Sheri was previously held a number of leadership roles at Accenture in change management, human resources, recruiting  and HR Outsourcing.  She has extensive experience in consulting and service delivery.  Sheri also has experience with multiple clients leading change efforts for Information Technology solutions, including ERP solutions such as SAP, PeopleSoft and Oracle.

Sheri has a degree in International Relations from the University of Southern Mississippi with minors in French and International Business. She resides in Dallas, Texas but travels extensively through her work with multiple clients.
