Barbara Milhizer, SPHR
Barbara leads up our Total Reward practice and has over 15 years of experience in designing transformational talent programs and leading their implementation. Her experience spans assessment to design and implementation through success measurement. She has extensive experience across the employee lifecycle: talent engagement, development, and career transitions. She brings to our team deep technical expertise in reward design, communication strategy, and career transitions. Her responsibilities have included design and implementation of global base and incentive pay structures, initial public offering equity plans, and global recognition initiatives. She was also responsible for building a global career transitions function for 200,000 people which included new hire integration, internal career movement, outplacement, and alumni. Her innovative new media communication platforms have garnered citations from The Wall Street Journal and Workforce Magazine. Prior to joining PeopleResults, Barbara held the lead roles at Accenture in Global Total Rewards and Career Transitions.
