Elise Cary

Elise has been providing human performance consulting services for more than 20 years to clients across a wide variety of industries, functions and levels. She draws on her extensive experience in change management, adult learning, communication, instructional design, facilitation/coaching and assessment to design and deliver business solutions focused on performance improvement for organizations and individuals. Leveraging her creativity and analytical skills, she effectively gathers data, designs interventions and implements programs aimed at positively impacting the ‘people’ challenges facing her clients. Elise holds a masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
