Fran Bonner

Fran Bonner is a Senior Consultant with PeopleResults and has over 20 years experience helping organizations achieve their business objectives via creative HR solutions. Fran spent approximately 18 years at Accenture and was a Vice President of HR – Accenture HR Services. Her background includes systems consulting and deep operational HR experience.

Fran has led large HR and Recruiting organizations for both North America and globally. Her experiences ranges from the HR set-up for new organizations (which includes health and welfare policies and programs, employee policy design and development, HR systems implementation, sourcing strategy, development and implementation, competency design and implementation among other programs) to the on-going people management of an existing HR team. Fran has significant human capital transition experience associated with mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Fran has managed a global HR SAP systems conversion, including the associated change management and process design and development implementation. She has extensive program management experience having led numerous strategic initiatives.

Fran has provided consultation on HR strategy, change management planning, communications design and development, performance management and succession planning. Business situations where she has provided counsel include: outsourcing and business transformations that required a comprehensive change and communications plan; globalization of an HR team needed to support a re-organized global outsourcing organization; and mergers and acquisitions that blended cultures and ways of doing business.

Fran’s clients have included: Accenture, Accenture HR Services, BellSouth, Best Buy, Ryder and TSA and a number of other organizations.

Fran has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
