Heather Nelson has over 14 years experience designing and implementing HR programs and operation processes. She has extensive experience in HR process design, organizational design, vendor selection and management, and employee engagement. Heather has led the design, program management and implementation of complex initiatives across business functions at Accenture and for other clients. Her subject matter expertise spans all phases of the employee lifecycle, including performance management, leadership development and succession planning, engagement, integration and transitions, and communications strategy. Prior to joining PeopleResults, Heather held leadership roles at Accenture at the global and North America levels.
