Jamie is a senior business leader, experienced communication consultant, expert facilitator, engagement strategist and employee advocate.

Jamie dedicates herself to partnering side-by-side with clients and helping them achieve personal and business goals. She prides herself on proactively bringing innovative ideas to clients. She combines research, best practices, her client experiences, and culture with new, innovative ideas that will meet business needs. Each of Jamie’s engagements and client solutions looks different. By approaching each opportunity as a unique situation, she works tirelessly to create a solution that fits within her client’s environment. She understands that processes, tools, theories, models, and practices are powerful only when they are used in the right way, at the right time.

Jamie spent 12 years at Mercer and served as the Market Business Leader for Mercer’s Southwest Workforce Communication and Change business. She has worked with a wide range of companies in creating and implementing workforce change strategies. She partners with clients by structuring and managing projects to ensure coordination and communication among internal and external resources; facilitating team decision-making; and ensuring quality solutions are delivered efficiently and on time.

Her experience includes Human resources initiatives and implementations, Onboarding and employee experience initiatives, behavior change projects, health and wellness programs, compensation plans, retirement programs, custom training programs and workshops, people strategies, employee and executive research, and total rewards communication.

Jamie received a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Texas Christian University.
