Jenny has 15 years of business consulting experience in Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Retail, Hospitality and Pharmaceutical industries. She has a demonstrated track record of successfully leading global business transformation initiatives in partnership with her clients. Her expertise in Strategic Planning, Program Management, Product Development, Operational Process Re-engineering and Organization Design allow her to develop and implement strategies that drive sustainable results. Jenny holds a Masters Management and Business, MMH – MBA from Cornell University and is PMP certified with a Black Belt in Six Sigma. She previously served as the SVP of Organizational Effectiveness for Bank of America and spent 8 years as a consulting executive with Accenture’s Organization and Change Strategy group. Her engagement experiences include such clients as: the US Army, Sankyo Pharmaceuticals, Best Buy, BMS, United Health Care, IBM and Whirlpool Corporation.
