John Whitaker

John Reaves Whitaker is a Partner at PeopleResults. He joined PeopleResults to share his knowledge and interest in Organizational Design & Development.

With 24 years of experience, John’s expertise includes Leadership Development, Talent Management, Workforce Planning and Performance Management, with specific experience in Coaching & Development within Sales organizations. Some of John’s notable projects include creating, designing and implementing comprehensive Management & Leadership learning models, Organizational Design initiatives, Talent Assessment processes and Field Coaching effectiveness.

Before joining PeopleResults, John worked a combined 15 years in advancing roles within Human Resources leadership for CVS Caremark and Alcon Laboratories. He also has nine years prior experience in pharmaceutical and consumer product sales.

John and his family reside in Southlake, TX, where he serves on the Southlake Baseball Association board of Commissioners, coaches his two sons when time allows, golfs when his wife allows and hosts monthly Hold ‘Em tournaments for friends and former friends.
