Porter is the CMO for PeopleResults, dynamic marketing, communications and social media expert for our clients and the Chief Rocker at Front Porch Marketing. With a passion for blazing new trails and defining brand strategies topped with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and results, Julie Porter is a driven, competitive, lateral thinker who is motivated by partnering with smart business leaders to boost their brands to the next level. Porter’s marketing expertise is diverse.

Working at a boutique, independently-owned public relations and marketing agency as well as leading an internal marketing team for a North American business owned by a German parent company, she blends her corporate, global marketing savvy with her get’er done, roll up your sleeves and do it yourself maverick mantra.

Whether it was leading brand integration across three separate businesses that was essential to realizing a company’s strategic objectives or managing and executing internal and external events for Blockbuster’s IPO; at company’s Dallas world headquarters and NYSE as well as in the field, Porter uses her sharp business acumen, strategic initiatives and executional know how to meet her clients’ business and marketing objectives. One of her finest career moments to date was when she developed, managed and executed Hanson Building Products’ North American sustainability platform and plan internally and externally; developed the company’s sustainability vision and mission statements and led company task force that incorporated team members across divisions, geography and function.
