Areas of specialization include strategic planning, organizational design and development, leadership development, talent management and succession planning, career path and competency design, employee rewards and engagement, and change management leadership and implementation. She works with clients to help them realize competitive advantage through people; designing pragmatic solutions to complex issues to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
