Marta Steele

Marta Steele is a Partner at PeopleResults with expertise in adult learning, communication, change leadership and social media. Marta helps leaders from Fortune 100 companies, small businesses and start-ups move from strategy to tactics. She designs and implements customized learning experiences, communication and social media programs anchored in the unique challenges, culture and business objectives of each client.

Prior to PeopleResults, Marta held Consulting, Instructional Design and Human Resources leadership roles at Accenture and Arthur Andersen.

She received her Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and Bachelors of Science in Psychology from University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.

Marta lives in Chicago where you’ll find her practicing and teaching yoga, dancing or throwing a frisbee on the beach with her family.
