Marta Steele

Marta is a change and human resources consultant, having served in diverse internal and external consulting roles for over 16 years. Prior to People Results, Marta was affiliated with Accenture where she held leadership positions in a number of successful large-scale people initiatives. Marta has managed change leadership activities in complex technology projects, such as communications planning, job alignment and redesign, and career pathing. In addition, Marta is also a seasoned facilitator and trainer, creating and facilitating outcome oriented working sessions with clients who are experiencing significant business changes.

For most of her career, Marta has focused on leading and executing change leadership activities in the face of complex technology or business transformations. Whether it be defining how jobs will change as a result of new technology, developing and executing communications and training strategies that address technology impacts, or designing dual career path structures for a diverse workforce, Marta partners with all levels of an organization to create tactical solutions to people issues.

Marta has also designed, developed and delivered numerous training and learning sessions, such as Myers Briggs Introduction to Type, Leading through Challenges, Team Development, Meeting Facilitation, Effective Presentations, and Communication Styles. Her strong presentation and facilitation skills consistently result in the highest instructor evaluation ratings.

Marta received her Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. Her hobbies include practicing and teaching yoga, and taking improvisational comedy classes.
