Michelle has 25 years of experience implementing transformational changes associated with process innovations, technology upgrades, mergers, acquisitions, start-ups and performance improvement initiatives. Michelle has held leadership positions with Accenture, The North Highland Company, EDS and Raytheon, and most recently worked for PepsiCo as a Director of Change Leadership for the FritoLay Business Innovation team.
