Shelli has over 20 years experience in human resource consulting, change management, and performance improvement solutions. She helps clients increase their ability to inspire, retain, and provide development for their people to achieve business results – especially during periods of major change or growth.
Prior to joining PeopleResults, Shelli was a consultant with Accenture for 8 years. As a Change Management Manager she fulfilled various leadership roles related to large change projects brought on by mergers & acquisitions, new technology implementations and organizational growth. Her scope of responsibilities included project management and implementation in the following areas; Change Management, Organization Design, Communications, Customer Relationship Management, People Strategies and Training Design/Development.
Earlier in her career she was affiliated with Human Dimensions, Inc., (HDI) a sales performance management company. There, she was responsible for the development and implementation of performance improvement programs. Some examples of the work she delivered include; leadership coaching, job alignment, process improvements, competency model design, succession planning, and sales training material/tool development.
While with HDI, Shelli partnered with Management Research Group (MRG) an assessment company, where she conducted assessments in sales, management and strategic leadership with many large organizations. As a certified facilitator she provided individual and group coaching based upon assessment results and client needs. She has extensive experience in implementing performance improvement initiatives to help clients achieve desired individual potential, sales excellence and organizational goals.
Shelli received her BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas – Arlington. She also holds her Executive Coaching certification from Texas Christian University.
Outside work, Shelli enjoys time with her family attending soccer games, skateboarding events and traveling.
