CEO

Patti Johnson has led the growth of PeopleResults from its creation over ten years ago. She has expertise in change leadership, communications and people strategy & design. She is also the author of the best seller Make Waves: Be the One to Start Change at Work and in Life. She and her team advise clients such as PepsiCo, Microsoft, 7-Eleven, Accenture, Frito-Lay, McKesson and many others on creating positive change in their leaders and organizations.

Patti is an adjunct instructor on Leading Change for SMU Executive Education and for the Bush Institute Women’s initiative. She is a guest instructor to the TCU MBA Leadership program. Joe Baker

Bio

Joe partners with executives to improve leadership and team effectiveness.

An expert executive coach and leadership consultant, he helps leaders and teams improve executive presence, influence with positive impact, navigate organizational politics, and communicate and collaborate well in challenging situations.

While at Accenture, he had diverse experiences as a systems consultant, corporate finance manager and human resources leader.
