The acquisition is effective November 1, 2023, and both organizations will continue partnering with their clients just as they do today. “We want to take PeopleResults to the next level and continue our steady growth. We have built wonderful client relationships for over a decade, and we will keep those relationships strong as we expand our capability,” said Patti Johnson, current PeopleResults CEO. “I’m so proud of this team and all we have accomplished, and I know this next chapter will bring so much potential for our team and our clients.”

Sheri Browning will become Managing Director of Organizational Development and Engagement, reporting to Scott Purvis, IRI COO, and responsible for the current PeopleResults team. “I’m thrilled to be stepping into this new role and carrying forward the commitment we have to our clients and to this team as we become part of IRI,” said Sheri Browning.
